Setv experience
Setv has been a disappointment from the moment I signed up. I ordered the setv box. It arrived a short two months after I ordered it. I believe that I only received it because I was frustrated with the delay and tried to cancel. After I got the box, I set it up using WiFi. That was horrible. Sound and/or picture continuously dropped out. I bought a lan cable and connected directly to my cable box. Videos are still poor quality and drop out a lot. It seems to happen the most at the end of shows or when the shows start to get interesting. Different channels go out at different times. Sometimes they come back on in a few minutes sometimes I give up on waiting and go back to antenna tv. I’m still in the 30 day free trial period. I called and tried to return the $100 box but they said that I had already exceeded the 30 day return period. They said that the period started when I ordered the box. So my time was up before I even received the unit. How nice for them. Poor tv service, and even worse customer support.
