CNaPS is an important development partner in Madagascar, providing a range of services to the government, civil society, private sector and other stakeholders. Founded in 1997, CNaPS works to create a more equitable and sustainable development environment in the country by focusing on the areas of governance, economic and social development, and environmental protection. Through its research, technical advice, and capacity building initiatives, CNaPS actively contributes to the country’s efforts to develop strong public institutions; stimulate economic growth; promote gender equality, youth empowerment, and human rights; and protect the environment.
